Treatment Programs Overview
MAP Day Treatment offers IOP and the MID First Offender (24D) Program, providing the structure and support needed for recovery or program completion.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides a structured approach to recovery for individuals struggling with substance use disorders (SUDs) and co-occurring mental health conditions.
- Program Schedule: Five days a week, 9 AM–1 PM.
- Format: Small group therapy and individual sessions, offered in-person and via Zoom.
- Insurance Accepted: Most insurance plans, including MassHealth, are accepted.
The IOP offers a safe environment for clients stepping down from detox or Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS), or for those needing more structure than traditional counseling.
Our team helps clients uncover the root causes of addiction, develop practical coping skills, and build a sustainable path toward long-term sobriety.
In addition, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is available with our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, allowing for a comprehensive medical approach to addiction recovery.
Mass. Impaired Driving Program (24D)
MAP Day Treatment is also a certified provider of the Massachusetts Impaired Driving (MID) First Offender Program (24D).
- Program Schedule: Five days a week, 9 AM–1 PM.
- Format: Small group therapy and individual sessions, offered in-person and via Zoom.
- Insurance Accepted: Most insurance plans, including MassHealth, are accepted.
Each participant begins with a comprehensive assessment before enrolling in the 16-week curriculum. Clients will attend interactive education sessions, participate in supportive discussions, and complete an exit interview. Upon successful completion, participants receive a certificate of completion.
Referrals and recommendations are provided for those interested in ongoing treatment or additional recovery support.
