The Massachusetts 24D Program, also known as the Massachusetts Impaired Driving (MID) First Offender Program, is a 16-week court-approved impaired driving education program required for certain DUI/DWI offenses.

  • A required initial assessment

  • Weekly 2-hour classes for 16 weeks

  • In-person or Zoom options

  • A certificate of completion upon successful discharge
